Since its inception the Society has sponsored two large events open to members and guests. The events are hosted by local county chapters and highlight specific historic events and places, and which serve to recognize individuals for their efforts in preserving all aspects of Wyoming’s history.
Annual Trek
Join Converse County Historical Society as they host the Annual Wyoming Historical Trek June 19 - June 22, 2025. They will be touring the county with tours and presentations highlighting the vast and varied history of their area. Check out the April 2025 Issue of the Wyoming History News for some brief history on some of the spots we will be visiting.

Annual Meeting
The 2024 Annual Meeting will be held September 11-14 and hosted by the Fort Bridger Historical Association in Fort Bridger, Wyoming.
One of our hosts, Dudley Gardner, was a consultant on the recent Netflix historical fiction hit-series, American Primeval. He will be our featured presenter during our Annual Banquet.
